The Italian Job

THE GOOD:
It's based on the best British film in existence, it has a superbly created Free Ride Mode, and yes, it does have that famous quote about the doors...

THE BAD:
The graphics are a little bit shaky.

SUMMARY:
This game shows just what the Brits do best with visual entertainment - adding humour to it. The missions are fairly closely based on the fantastic 1969 Michael Caine caper classic of the same name, and many of the film's greatest moments are re-enacted - from blowing more than the doors off to the very literal "cliffhanger" ending, it's all here. The missions range from releasing your friend from Her Majesty's Prison, to driving a bus around London for the practice sessions, to making your classic getaway, to loading the Minis onto the bus. THE GOOD:
The cars were pretty good.
The storyline was also not that bad..

THE BAD:
Controls.
Graphics.

SUMMARY:
This game is actually pretty difficult to play unless you have a few hours to spend trying to learn how to drive well. You are Charlie Cronker and just got out of jail and are going to steal a few million from a bank or something like that. Some of the missions are really hard and I dont like how it is only a driving game and no walking or whatever.

Driving is kinda fun but the graphics get on my nerves alot. I personally hate this game but I know alot of people like it alot.

Since you can get it for so little money it may be worth it for you to buy it. On ebay you should be able to get it for only 4 dollars. If you like driving games and running form the poilice you might like this game.

THE GOOD:
The best $9.00 game! The best part is when you do the Itaian Job missions!

THE BAD:
WELL THE GRAPHICS, I'm serious The graphics are a problem, It's 2002 when this was made so I don't know why the graphics are so lame! NFS3 had excellent graphics in 99'! Limted amount of cars! Limted amount of areas to explore.

SUMMARY:
It's a excellent game, but don't let it go to your head for 2002, the graphics; are ugly! The layout story plan is excellent, though I can't sometimes understand their Wales English gibbirish! But still it's a good game! Not the game everyone wants though.

THE GOOD:

You really cant enjoy it if you're uninitiated into the IJ world

SUMMARY:
This game is strictly for fans of the movie, it is a bit like Diver 2, but far better speaking from a Job fan. You may enjoy it if yer a D2 fan, but i would not reccomend it. I would reccomend however picking this game up for $20 and the movie for another 20 and enjoy yorself, spectacular!

THE GOOD:

Alot like driver, you can do really cool stunts and good camera veiws.

SUMMARY:
The grapics Suck big time. Its not as fun. You can't even know where your going. Alot like driver except thats better. The cars are hard to handle, and there's mistakes everywhere.(ex. on the bus the back wheels are on the front.)You can't even look behind you. They should at least put a map on it so we can tell where we're going.

Hmm. This game is maybe better than Driver 2. The graphics are great. I don't know if this true, but it seems that those streets are quite the same like the reality. The buildings too. Big Ben ......, those are great. Gameplay, I would say that it's above average. Maybe way above average. Loves the weird missions. Sometimes it's so frustrating because it's so hard to complete. The challenge mode are great. It offers us many challenges that we need to complete in order to unlock others. The Destructor and the Checkpoint mode is not bad. It could be better. But the Free Ride mode is the best. It offers us cars that we already unlocked in the missions. We also can choose 3 places in London which is London, Turin and The Alps. These places is so big. We can ride all over these places with our car. Too bad we can't get out of the car. But beware of the cops. Run before they trace our plat numbers and says " You're nicked ! ". The cars are great. Especially the Volkswagen. Small, but...

THE GOOD:

I am a huge Italian Job Fan and I whent out and brought a Playstation so I could enjoy this fantastic game!

This is an excellent realisation of the film... Despite a few shortcomings, it has to be brought just through sheer principle!
