Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth

THE GOOD:
The game play, graphics (for a PSX game), the battle system (like FFT and VH), the story line was good, the battles were not to easy, unlike FFT

THE BAD:
the coin thingy....:laughs:

Very good game, if you have'nt play it yet then you best get your butt out there and buy this game....or I will hurt you..:laughs: but time to review this, this is a nice game, the graphics in atle are tight, the battle system is just like final fantasy tactics and vandal hearts, tactical.., the story line was grand, one of my favs...I say that alot because I love story lines t games and I love aolt of them in most games...so you will see me say that about a certain games story line...:laughs: and one last thing was the great battles, they were semi hard, as you would say, unlike the FFT battles, which were to easy....:laughs:, and last but...

THE GOOD:
Confeigm system is a nice new feature for tactical battle systems.Many side quests to explore.

THE BAD:
No true Job Classes.I also don't like that your level determines how easy the battle is.The Tower of Trial is a really bland place to train your troops,every level is very similiar until you get to the 10th Floor.

SUMMARY:
Oddly,I mistaked this for the Final Fantasy Tactics sequel when I bought it.Silly me,this pales in comparison.They make you think that there are job classes,but the only way you can tell them apart is by the different sprites used for each one.Stats are determined by the Deiti they worship.

In battle,it's all about levels.The more LV advantage you have over the enemy,the better chance you will win.I don't like this,the victor should be the one who is the most strategic.It actually wouldn't be so bad,but the Tower of Trial is the most boring place to level up I've ever...

THE GOOD:
OK fighting, great difficulty, and sort of fun.

THE BAD:
Bad storyline, no replay value, gameplay lacked, and Final Fantasy Tactics is so much better.

SUMMARY:
Well I got this game because it seemed like my favorite Final Fantasy Tactics. Well how wrong I was. The story cannot compare and it's battling is not as good. I do admit I enjoyed the difficulty but with no story to back up I lost interest. I recommend getting Final Fantasy Tactics instead or renting this game.

THE GOOD:
The coin growth along with the availabliity for leveling up your characters to your own ideas

THE BAD:
Tower of Trials can become ruotine like while trying to level up for the next battle.

SUMMARY:
I like this game. As it has been said, "The last great game for the playstation console".
