In precinct assault the Sky Captain's comments can be a bit inane and repetitive - but at least the speech volume can be turned down to 0. You can't save at the point you're at, only at levels.
This rates as my favourite game. It didn't receive the high profile credit it deserves - it's definitely the one that got away. Game play is addictive, there are an arsenal of weapons to chose from, power-ups and lots of enemies to blow away. The commentary from the radio in the crime war game is a nice touch. After shooting some unsuspecting mutants I was told "that's OK they resisted arrest"!
A bonus for completing all ten levels of the precinct assault game (playing against Sky Captain) was Bug Hunt - basically the same game objective but with creepy crawlies.
I wish there was a Future Cop: LAPD 2.
Ok there's no save points. Alright and the turrets in 2 player are very weak.
I love this game. It's got the best multi player i've ever seen with a perfect blend of stratergy and action. The 2 player coop mode is so much fun requiring two skilled individuals too play it. The game has a great replay value and is soddin HARD in parts but you'll beat it in the end. The weapons are just right so none is too good or bad to be pointless and the health bar perfectly pitched. This is the best game i've ever played,
