THE GOOD:
Great exercise
Great fun
Something unique.

THE BAD:
SOME songs get boring after a while
The mat slides a bit so it's better in the arcades.

SUMMARY:
I have Dancing Stage EuroMix which is the English version I think - it's a different name but the same concept!

Anyway - I am pretty good at this and I can beat anyone in my family (not bragging) because I can do quick songs etc and this makes you build up a right good sweat after 2-3 songs.

This type of gaming is in it's own genre so it stands out in your collection.

The mat itself can be a bit pricey if you are on a low bugget but the pad does work and is nearly as fun.

Now onto the gameplay:
The thing that you have to do is follow the on-screen arrows and hit the button that corresponds to the arrow at the right time - simple - but as you progress, you should get better and move on to harder songs and/or harder levels.
The higher the level is...

THE GOOD:
Many of the songs featured in the US arcade mix made it to the home edition

THE BAD:
Most DDR fans that imported have already played all of these songs to death

SUMMARY:
DDR USA isn't the best mix out there and often it's frowned upon with Konamix Disney's Rave and even DDRMAX out in the US now but for it's time of release it was a dream that the players made come true for Konami in having the DDR series hit America.

Sadly the hidden offerings for song selections are nil. The game is a bare bones version of the DDR series but gets the users a decent level of difficulty and a bit of replay value as they battle their friends in the three levels of songs which the users can progress through.

Overall DDR USA offers a bare introduction into DDR. During it's time it was a must have title for anyone just hearing about the Dance Sensation. Since then Konamix and DDRMAX have takent he spotlight from the game that started...

THE GOOD:
The game, the workout, and pretty much everything

THE BAD:
the annoying anouncer guy

SUMMARY:
this is an awsome game. One that your have fun, workout, and work on your foot-eye coordination. Most peole are too embarrest to go to the arcades to play DDR but this game lets you play at home so you don't have to go to the arcades and screw-up with everyone laughing at you. The only down fall in my mind is that annoying guy who comments on everything.

THE GOOD:
The songs are completely awsome ,and sound great, you can show your moves in public and have a great time.

THE BAD:
There is no bad, scept you have to drive somewhere for playing on the real pads , or buy the shitty ones that move around all the time.

DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION ROX. ROX .ROX. ROX

THE GOOD:
It's always fun, you get to jump around like a moron for the heck of it, and lose weight. Yea!!!!!!!

THE BAD:
Have to drive a while to an arcade, at home: No Smile.dk or E-Rotic.

SUMMARY:
The two of us have to rate it a perfect, other then no E-Rotic.(At home) One of our sister's a cheerleader, so now, just like her,we can jump around like we actually care about something. Very rarely we do, and that's DDR.

Well, its missing a great song like butterfly, and some other hits, but the game still rocks

SUMMARY:

THE GOOD:
The good? What isn't good about this game? Seriously, I've been playing this game everyday since I got it about a month ago for at least 2 hours a day.

THE BAD:
The bad? Yes, there is something bad about this game. But it's not as bad as one would think. One of the best songs is missing from this game. Butterfly. If you've played the import, you'll know what I'm talking about.

SUMMARY:
That about it really. Other than the fact that Butterfly is missing from the song lineup, the game itself is perfect in everyway. Now if only Konami would start selling the their pads as a stand alone.
