Background
The year is 2062...50 years after the great war that destroyed most of humanity. What's needed now to boost the moral of the survivors is "WDL". The World Destruction League Tournaments are televised gladiatorial battles between souped-up tanks. Hollowed-out cities such as Atlantis, Moscow and Tokyo serve as the arenas for these gigantic tank battles.
