THE GOOD:
1) Music
2) Levels
3) Constant gaming

THE BAD:
1) Sometimes the framerate
2) Some little bugs

SUMMARY:
The year 1998. The stealth games start to live because of Tenchu and Metal Gear Solid. People always wanted to see how ninjas done their work. Why not make a ninja simulator?

Tenchu is about feeling the flow of nature and life. It's like being in the game, but not like it's a game, like it's life. You pick one of two characters and start to complete the missions given by Lord Gohda. He needs your help in maintaining balance in his country. You won't just just fight with corruption and bandits. You will also infiltrate the enemies' HQ and deal with the powers of darkness.

The levels are huge. They vary really. Estate, forest, mountain, town, village, volcano you got them all. You can see that the level designers took their time. Everything is ideal. Walls, fences, trees, lanters. All placed like...

THE GOOD:
I love ninja games. I'd have to say this is my favorite
though. You have a nice selection of weapons including, throwing stars, caltrops, and the fire-breather scroll. You also have a nice selection of stealth moves and plenty of enemies to dispose of.

THE BAD:
The graphics are a tad bit choppy and sometimes you spotted even if the enemy is on the other side of a wall.

SUMMARY:
This game is a game you should definately buy, especially if you enjoy ninja and action/adventure games. You will love the wide selection of weapons and spells. And you will also love the wide selection of enemies. Although you will get spotted somethimes when you really shouldn't this and the graphics are kinda choppy, this is a great game. The stealth moves are pretty cool too. Heh but what makes the game 10x more fine is the Debug mode code.

INTRO

TENCHU: STEALTH ASSASSINS is hands down the best ninja simulation ever created. It is the first game in this genre that has really implemented the Stealth based nature of the ninja in comparison to the usual hack and slash games where you control a character who is merely dressed like a ninja. Tenchu thrusts you into a world that is resonant with the times of feudal Japan and lets you decide how, where, when and in what manner to take out the enemies. While playing through Tenchu you cannot help but become totally immersed in your surroundings and with the level of freedom you have at your disposal, you will never tire of the game. It is as real as it gets.

STORY 8/10

In Tenchu you can assume the role of two characters as they do the dirty work for their master and mentor, Lord Ghoda. Rikimaru is the male character that you can play as and Ayame is the female character. The story consists mainly of several missions that you must...

THE GOOD:
Everything is amazing

THE BAD:
Dodgy AI, sticky camera, and getting spotted when you shouldn't

SUMMARY:
If you have never touched this game, put everything down, and go buy it and its sequel, because you will want to be prepared when Tenchu 3 comes out. This game is intense. You are a Ninja, not like that other game. You are a stealth-laden sword stabbing killing machine.
You can leap from rooftops, snap spines, impale unsuspecting victims, and even decapitate innocents (points get deducted, but oh well, how's about a nice blood bath.) The voice overs are amusing in their stereotypical melodrama, but the real aspect that shines through it all is the gameplay. Cats meow at you, dogs bark and alert guards. Even your loud movements can alert people. Cool!!!! They come looking for you so you must be good at hiding, because you never want to kill in the open. You are a ninja, not a samurai.
You also get to use cool ninja items,...
