THE GOOD:
This was a different side to Megaman games altogether in my opinion. Most of the time it's just running down a 2D road and shooting things that got in your way. This game....was wonderful. This game had so much more than your Megaman series such as Megaman X. The graphics may be old now, but they were clear and colourful and were impressive back a few years ago.  Never judge a game by it's graphics. It's just not right. 
The story was enjoyable along with Megaman and his companion Roll crash landing on an island and wanting to get their ship fixed, they soon discover a big secret within the island. Including evil but adorable looking pirates including Tron Bonne, the boisterous, bossy, but pretty female pirate, her brother Teasel Bonne, the long wild haired bossy older brother, their youngest brother who is quite...LARGE for his age, Bon Bonne along with their cute lego look-a-like servebots, the polite, but hard hitting cry babies of the group.
There were many great challenges to the game such as the storyline itself, having to rid places of reaverbots, fight against the evil pirates and protect the people of the island is a tough job, but fun none the less. There are also added features such as giving to charity so the people of the town/island can rebuild the buildings that were destroyed by the mean pirates.
Upgrading your gun is another quality to the game, which I enjoyed doing. Being able to have Roll Invent other guns and weapons when you've found pieces she can make them out of. These all come in handy for up coming enemies and bosses. THE BAD:
Some of the bosses could be a challenge...maybe too much of a challenge...but I guess they wasn't THAT hard. lol SUMMARY:
For a game that a few year old, it's one I'd definitely play again. It's a real turn from the usual Megaman games. Upgrading your gun arm, making different weapons to help you with different enemies/bosses, finding out more about Megaman and what secret the island holds for everyone. Many expected and unexpected wonders that just want you to continue playing for hours and hours. |

THE GOOD:
Huge bosses
Caves and tunnels full of Reverbots
Great story
Thrills and scary things lurk everywhere
Great weapons
Good graphics for the PSX

I think there is really nothing that bad that I should point out. SUMMARY:
I really like this game. I think the Megaman Legends series was the best games made for the PSX.
Thrills and scary things are underground and Megaman has to seek them out for refractors. To get the the prizes you have to defeat Reverbots. When you are underground everything may seem quiet until something jumps out and starts attacking you. I got so scared playing this game at night. The suspense is great.
The weapons are awesome. With lasers and bombs and other weapons it provides great action. Roll can make you new weapons with things you find around cities, forests, even in garbage cans. Getting refractors can get you upgrades on your weapons. Making you stronger.
The story starts out where Megaman just survived from returning from a Reverbot tower. Their ship crash lands on a small island. The island is rumored with a great treasure. Megaman, Roll, Data, and Gramps must find the treasure to power up their ship. Leading you into a great adventure.
This game is full of suspense and I just love it.
I give this game a 4.5 out of 5. |

THE GOOD:
-entertainig
-enormous bosses
-fantastic gameplay
- massive weapons
- huge levels
- so so price(24.00)
- challenging levels
- exciting mini games
- a fabulous adventure action gameTHE BAD:
there were some cut scenes in the game that most of us would love to see. i think that was the lowdown. SUMMARY:
this game is a mabe buy game. you begin on a small island and have to explore massive levels. once you play you won't stop. its a very challenging game. super cool. you may be bored by the beginning of the game, but once you get closer to the action you won't wanna put the controller down. some bosses are very difficult, however the main boss in this game is a guy bame teasel. he is very evil, you will fight him about 7 times, inluding the final boss. the weapons are very impressiev once you get them upgraded.

THE GOOD:
this game has the best storyline of any game i've ever played. absolutely wonderful.
there is a good selection of weapons and buster parts and a whole bunch of items, and upgrades for your weapons.THE BAD:
the graphics on explosions could stand a bit of work... and sometimes you can shoot through doors. SUMMARY:
well, it's great if you're looking for something to beat in a few days, but it has a whole lot more in it than that. there are countless items, each with it's own purpose... it's great! |

Megaman legends.Graphics are ok.game plays good.MehTHE BAD:
No lock on targeting system,Not much of a replay value. SUMMARY:
OK i cant say much about this game its good overall but im not much of a FAN of r.e. capcom style games.where you play the game in on flaw swoop and your timed for how fast you beat it.
The games ok, it's the birth of the legends series misadventures of tron and megaman legends two (games which you should check out other then this).
Voice acting is outta this world as far as games go.Its just a the big down fall in this game is that its way too short.So once you beat it 3 or four times its gonna gather dust. its more like a collectors item then a game itself.
Bottom line ,rent it ,check it out or buy it if your a fan of the series. |
