Did you play this on a specific console? Because I didn't encounter ANY of the problems you talked about

I've encountered those issues myself actually. So did a fair few people from what I've noticed. Guess you got lucky.

Actually, I have this on PS3 too and I think the only problems I encountered was a bit of lag when there were like a million enemies on screen, and it freezing after a few hours of play. Considering that the PS3 has the RAM of a graphics calculator, it's to be expected. Definitely not as bad as he makes it out to be though. It's a shame because I think this is an otherwise great review.

Aye, was actually quite disappointed with this game myself. Not quite as much as you were, but there were many features I felt were either underdeveloped or simply mediocre. I must say, I'm probably alone when it comes to the combat because I actually didn't like it all that much, and that the first game's combat felt just right within the context of "you're a guy with a big sword" while here, it just felt like some dime a dozen hack and slash... like Dante's Inferno, actually, and although my copy wasn't as badly riddled with bugs as yours is (perhaps the 360 version is better made than the PS3 version??), I did notice a few sore spots here and there, although I do hope that there's a patch soon.

Very mediocre game.

Oglop, can you install Darksiders 2 onto your Xbox's hard drive? If so, then that definitely explains why you haven't encountered the problems both Stalagmite and myself have encountered. Neither of us can install the game onto our PS3's hard drives.

I don't HAVE a hard drive. Much to my dismay. No installation was required for my bug-free product. Judging by all that I've heard though, I must be a lucky exception.
