THE GOOD:
Great story, great graphics for a strategy wargame...real time stuff is heart pounding. Sweet interface. Innovative upgrade/special attack system and units.

THE BAD:
Loooooonnnnnngggggg battles without a mid battle save. Sometimes the translation gets a wee bit quirky.

SUMMARY:
So good that it's a shame no one has made a sequel. Basically it's a mech game with an alternate history storyline and support units. But you also get to customize your support units...target enemy infantry...time your attacks to gang up on an enemy and then pull out...the AI Strategy is so deep than even when I play it today (I beaten it 5 times already), the computer still catches me off guard. On top of that, you control your mech in battles. No comparing stats and rolling the dice, you're in the cockpit and your trying to balance taking the shot with aiming and time. Very Deep Strategic Gameplay.

THE BAD:
I really can't find any weak points to bring up. This game may seem flawless, but one of its major letdowns is that their are no voice acting in this game. It really gets text-heavy as the game progresses and some voice acting would've helped us lazy readers. This game is not for anyone, the battle can last for hours. So casual gamers should stay away from this if that is their choice. But for the hardcore Tactical, strategists guy/gal in the family, you would really love it. Some battle last from 30 minutes to a 1 hour. But some...really lasts for long as 6 hours on 1 stage! But their is the option of letting you save mid-game, so no problems there.

Well look at we have here! A sleeper hit that must gamers have not heard of (especially the owner of this site). So, you are probably saying "Why should I give a crap about this game!?" Let me...

THE GOOD:
Thought Provoking and genuinely interesting set up. A truley unique game

THE BAD:
Can't save during a battle which as most battles take 3-4 hours is a crime! Plus some repetitive play elements

SUMMARY:
A lot of love went into this game, there really isn't anything else like it out there. Part strategy game, part, round based combat with also this unique timed aiming feature does make this intriguing as a "what might have been".

You really get a feel for being part of larger events and gathering a genuine team together. Add to that round based fighting that is a mixture of tactics, skill and split second timing and you've got some real potential. Real love went into this game but not every love affair works and sometimes there are reasons why certain formats haven't been used before...

The game is too long with too much repitition and the programmers assuming that you can play this...
