THE BAD:
Gaphics could be better but isn't the worst I've seen,
Sound of some bikes, number of tracks.
SUMMARY:
I know this game could be better than it is, but it can't be judged as a bad game. I've a bit of real riding experience also on racing bikes and i find this game very near to real driving, of course if someone pretend to take a close corner at 150 km/h without crashing probably needs an arcade game and not a simulation as RS is... Probably You can find the game difficult but riding a real bike on track to the limit isn't a joke ( try to believe... ).
MOTO GP serie is better? Could be, but for me is not a real simulation; bikes seem to float on tarmac and is very hard to crash putting weels outtrack (Try in real life a gp bike out of track then tell me somethin'about...). RS gives a full experience in tuning, tires choose and...
THE BAD:
The game controls, graphics and playablity are terrible. Spike needs to back this version back to the drawing board and redesign it.
SUMMARY:
i expected a hole lot more from this title it needs to be made by a company that can put out a quality product. No where near the MotoGP series in graphics and fun. The game could be made a LOT better.
THE BAD:
Could Be A Tad Easier
SUMMARY:
I think this game is amazing, but really do need a walkthrough (hint hint). It is quite hard but is far better than Moto GP2 which is far to easy. I think it is better than gran tourismo as you can see the upgrade you do to your bike, and finnaly bikes will always be better than cars.
THE BAD:
- kinda bland looking
- can't change camera view
- can't perform wheelies or burnouts
- No qualify for races.
- Beginners to motorcycling sims may find it difficult
and frustrating to play
SUMMARY:
I'm impressed by Roding Spirits despite the bagging it gets from reviewers out there. I can see why they don't like it in some ways. It can be frustrating to play at times, but thats where the fun lies. I haven't completed the game yet so heres some of the things i found out about the game
FALLING OFF - Or Stacking it! Theres a number of ways you can fall of the bike.
1) Touching grass or dirt. Depending how fast you go you might drop the bike. I have found you can probably save it from taking your hand of the throttle...
THE BAD:
The bikes sound like blenders, all of them. The feel when playing Riding Spirits makes me feel like i'm playing Pole Position on my old Atari, at least THAT was fun. This is not. It feels very cheap and unrefined. The music is Game Boy quality (the original, pea-green-screen Game Boy that is), and you can't change views in 2 player mode.
Worst of all is the fact you can't do any wheelies, stoppies, burnouts, or any other tricks on the bikes.I've been duped by extravagant advertising.
