I bow down to Segas courage to venture into something completely original with Rez. Never before have you seen a game like this on any console or PC...ever.
Which is also the reason why it's hard to explain with words. Playing it is the only way to fully appreciate Rez for what it really is...an excellent attempt at something new.
The story is kinda irrelevant. You control an Anti-virus sent into a mainframe to destroy all viruses and then ultimately the main virus in that mainframe. Confused? Don't be. The story is just there to give the whole game a purpose.
Let me try to explain Rez without making it sound too complicated as the game is everything but complicating.
Using just the Analog Stick and the X Button you progress through 4 Stages each with 10 different levels. At the end of each Stage you come up against a very impressive Boss.
