THE BAD:
Not enough stuff in Track Editor. (still)
Somewhat frustrating AI.
Not enough power-ups to keep things interesting.
Some things were changed from the first RC Revenge.
Bland sound.
SUMMARY:
Welcome to the world of RC Revenge. Where he competition is ridiculously dumb and the gameplay is incredibly fun.
I just named a good thing and a bad thing.
This game is an expansion over the first RC Revenge on the PS1.
The first game pushed the PS1 to the limit with their state-of-the-art graphics and FUN gameplay.
However, the expanison for PS2 called, "RC Revenge Pro" isn't quite an expansion aside from better graphics, 1 extra world, and 4 extra cars.
That's it. Sure sure. There's more in Track Editor. But not that...
THE BAD:
-Controls are a little touchy
-Graphics are nothing to brag about
-Tracks can be confusing in Reverse Mode, especially on darker TVs
SUMMARY:
RC Revenge Pro isn't the best game on the market. Not by a long shot. It is, however, one of the most fun.
The premesis of RC Revenge is to basically race a car around a themed track for so many laps and win first place. Typical racing game, right? Throw in some wierd weapons to help you gain/stay in a place, add a somewhat agressive racing AI, and then put in some RC cars, and you've got the fun, and often times hilarious, antics of RC Revenge.
My biggest complaint about the game however, is the way the tracks go on Reverse Mode. its like the designers focused aminly on making the...
