Voices aren't good.

SUMMARY:
Okay, first of all, this is the start of the Ratchet and Clank series. Hey, the humor is good, I know. There are a few funny scenes which people will like. I mean, c'mon! Funny scenes! That's like hell better than a bunch of boring scenes like Final Fantasy X has. At least you don't just sit there going "Is this scene ever going to end". You'd be laughing a bit. A good idea because people do not want to watch a 5 minute scene with absolutely no meaning what-so-ever and end up being in a bad mood. Instead, they want scenes that make you laugh a bit and have meanings to it.

And the graphics are actually quite good for an earlier PS2 game. I mean, that Squaresoft didn't make anyway. But honestly, the character scetches...

THE GOOD:
Ratchet & Clank is an action packed adventure, containing so much interaction and activeness. The game starts off on a blackwater (I think thats right) planet, but moves on and meets a mini robot named Clank. Put together by circumstance they rocket from planet to planet, using weapons and gadgets to make sure Ultimate Supreme Executive Chairman Drek doesn't destroy every planet in the galaxy for his own selfish money wants. Playing this game for 30 minutes has a 90% guarantee it'll be a habit of playing.

THE BAD:
The ONLY thing that upsets me is the change of voice from R&C 1 - 2. That's it. Nothin' more to say!

SUMMARY:
Overall, at least rent this game for 24 hours to expirience one of Insomniac's best platformers ever made! It won't cost you very much, as you'll get lots of unforgetful memories and funny moments that will last a lifetime! Oh, and all the weapons are pretty good, apart from one of them!

THE GOOD:
music that never gets boring, insane amounts of level variety, enough weapons to supply an army, strategical thinking a must, an ending boss that makes my top 10 list in terms of difficulty, natural controls, fun puzzles, replay value added by unlockables, good voice acting, humorous cut scenes, graphics with a funky flavor

THE BAD:
no upgrades available for weapons until the game has been completed, check points are only usable upon death (if you must turn off your PS2, expect to restart from your ships landing point), having to watch a unneccessarily long scripted sequence everytime your ship takes off or lands...a minor complaints I suppose but I don't have any major ones!

Bolts. You have to collect so many it drives me crazy!!

SUMMARY:
The worlds are well designed, with creative enemies, and gadgets for their own specific situation. There is allot of backtracking, and this can annoy you. You get very creative wepons such as the Morph- O -Ray which turns enemies into chickens. Even play as Clank who has an army of evil robots waiting to be commanded!
Travel throughout the gaklaxy and try to thwart the evil Ultimate Supreme Executive Chariman Drek and his plan to destroy the entire galaxy for his own selfish needs. GOOD LUCK!

DEFINETLY A GOOD BUY!

THE GOOD:
Extremly great gameplay, lots of weapons to chose from, greal worlds to explore, voice-overs are well done, the storyline is also great. When you die, you don't get a game over, you start back from where you last started! Incredible graphics, beautiful designs

THE BAD:

Buying ammo for weapons and wasting alot of money got annoying at most times. Hoverboard races were challenging at times.

SUMMARY:
I have never played a game like Ratchet and Clank before. It's one of the best games I have ever seen or have played.

I got this game for my birthday one year and didn't know what to expect...Well, It was alot more than I was gonna expect at first. The graphics were incredible, the designs such as the planets and characters...were also incredible.

The only bad thing about this game was the buying ammo and wasting valuble bolts part. Doing that could really hurt your chances later on in...

THE BAD:

SUMMARY:
This is a very good game. One of it's best features is it's graphics. They are very smooth, slick and very fine looking. I've seen a few glitches but nothing serious. The game's three main characters are Ratchet, Clank and Chairman Drek. Ratchet starts off as a mechanic but then meets Clank and then Clank shows Ratchet that the galaxy is in danger by Drek. THE GOOD:
The stylish weapons, the monsters and expecially that spanner you get to hold with you that can clonk enemies on the head! It is very useful infact and sometimes can be more powerful than weapons can be! Also your robot friend, clank, i=s very good with his helicopter blades!

THE BAD:
The Ship you fly in - yes it does improve but it is not a good improvement at all!

SUMMARY:
Ratchet And Clank is my favourite Adventure Game on the PS2. It holds many surprises and makes you want to carry on.
There are gadgets and weapons you can buy from gadgetron shops which cost in bolts. You collect bolts as you go on in the game and the exitement of getting a new gadget is so exiting.
The weapons are good from lazer guns to machine guns and pistols. Some gadgets can seem to look wierd - but they will help you on your quest to finish the game and save the world from evil!

THE GOOD:
Ratchet, Clank and an alien named Drek that you get to beat up on. Also the many guns with which you get to blow up many aliens.

THE BAD:
It needed more guns and more worlds (but it had plenty, we'll just have to get Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando)other than that, no, there are no bad parts.

SUMMARY:
Ratchet and Clank is an awesome game, ask anyone who has played it before or anyone who has even seen it. you get many different guns and you get to blow up many different aliens and whenever you kill them you get bolts and with the bolts you collect you get to buy guns. This game has crisp, clear graphics and defined lines. Hopefully, this game will be the first of many. This game is awesome, there should be no doubt if youre planning to buy this game. Buy this game, you wont regret it!
