"R&C easily finishes near the top of the crowded 2002 mascot class. It looks solid, plays great and features some hilarious dialogue (Clank's deadpan delivery is pure comedy throughout). The game's RPG-like inventory system offers tangible rewards for collecting thousands of doodads."
