Background:
Pro Evolution Soccer 3 the European counter part of the Winning Eleven Soccer series has been announced by Konami. It is set to feature new tricks/moves using the analogue sticks. A new graphics engine with 80% of the player animation compeltely re-done. A new Konami shop were 'things' can be unlocked. The option to play as one player in a whole side. 64 Club sides for a new format Master League, based on the 'Champions League'.
