Its execution, story, and just about everything else is poor, but its core gameplay is simply mediocre, which, surprisingly, saves this title from being burned by the Hell Fires of our editorial wrath. We recommend that only the most dedicated, noble, selfless, and utterly brave Naruto fans try this game out. Even then, it takes a lot of will power to sit through those narrative sequences. It’s a shame, really, because the Naruto universe is a pretty rad concept, and you’d think it could be made into a rad game. Maybe next time."
