BackgroundIt's a year later [from the events of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories] and our three friends find themselves stuck between night and day in a place called Twilight Town. The gang's all here once more to find their friends. There's also a new kid in town. He's called Roxas and his part in all this will become clear as the story unfolds.
Once more Sora and friends must make their way across strange worlds. Some are familiar and some are not, but they're all definitely dangerous. Their journey takes them into the exciting realms of Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Mulan and Pirates of the Caribbean. One minute they're being thrust into the future world of Tron, the next, they go back to the past to explore the world of Steamboat Willie.
Then there are all the new characters. There are friends there are foes, and there are others who it's difficult to be sure about like Jack Sparrow. But they're going to need all the help they can get as they battle against a huge army of Heartless monsters and the greatest Disney villains, including the original bad boy - Pete. On their side they've got Aladdin, Hercules and Chicken Little - what he lacks in height he makes up for in spirit.
The battles are going to be bigger than ever. Sora, Goofy and Donald are all prepared and this time they can combine their strength through Sora to improve his skill with the Keyblades and his magical power. It's going to be a fight to remember!
