THE GOOD:
Pink Slip racing is very cool.
Show off mode is unique to Juiced.
Huge variety of cars including the Honda CRX and old muscle cars.
Different car performance and driving style required for each car.

THE BAD:
Super tiny bumps with AI make you lose tons of respect.
Walls slow you down too much.
Unlocking performance and visual mods requires racing first, which most of time means losing.
Crew is *bleep*ed.

SUMMARY:
This game is overall one of the most entertaining I've ever had in the street racing category. The game has a lot of pros and cons, though, because no game is perfect.

One really good feature in the game is the Pink Slip Race Mode. You will race with another crew leader for the car. The winner keeps both, leaving the loser to get home walking. Show Off is another feature unique to Juiced. You can do 180s, 360s, J-Turns, High Speed, and several other tricks. You can add combos to those tricks, giving you more points.

The racing is great. Handling isn't at the Gran Turismo level, but it delivers. Its also very easy to get used to, so you don't have to struggle for too long before knowing the controls and racing well. There is a huge amount of cars that include the Honda CRX, Vauxhall Corsa, Fiat Punto, and some other cars that are very rare in car/street racing games. Customization is moderately okay. You don't have a wide variety of mods in the visuals department, but it still delivers too.

Then there's the bad and ugly stuff. Touching or scraping walls will slow you down to 50 mph from 200 mph in a matter of seconds. Unlocking visual and performance mods is another downside. You have to buy a car, race it almost stock, probably lose, and unlock mods. Easy right? Wrong. In this case, AI get invincible.

The crew is *bleep*ed. They always do one or more of three things: 1. Crash into walls or opponent crews, causing you to lose respect from them, 2. Spin out and not recover after 1-3 minutes, or 3. Race well and let you win the race without any inconvenience. 1 and 2 are extremely common, while 3 is rare and hard to achieve for you and the crew.

But I enjoyed this game very much, and I'm still playing after 1 year of release, and writing this review. I give it a 4.7 because the good prevails over the bad.

THE GOOD:
-Variety of Cars.
-Pink Slip races.
-Show off mode.

THE BAD:
-No free roam! ;'(
-A lot of loading screens.
-Respect meter gets annoying.

SUMMARY:
At first I thought this game was going to be kind of stupid. But after I played it for awhile I forgot about how there is no free roam mode. I love the show off mode, for those that do not know what the show off mode is, it's basically what the title says, "Show Off" you get to show off your car by doing 360s, 180s, donuts, drift and all the goodness in between. The pink slip races are very suspenseful, because if you lose you lose your best car. But if you win, you win the opponents car. The modding in this game is OK, it's not that great like other street racing games. There's not much to pick from when it comes to bumpers, but every car has a different set of bumpers. The cars in this game are very, very awesome. I don't think there's any game that has a Honda CRX in it, and there's not one street racing game that has a Honda NSX and a Acura NSX.

Overall, I would recommend renting this game if your not sure about it. But if you love street racing, I'd say pick it up.

THE GOOD:
Pink Slips and Mods, and Show Off Mode.... that's it.

THE BAD:
Everything, except for Pink Slips and Car Mods.
And of course Show Off Mode.

SUMMARY:
This game is so bad, you'll have more fun watching the discovery channel or biting your toe nails, Pink Slips and Car Mods cool idea, But the races are just plain stupid, one slight bump from the other drivers, either sends your car into a spinning frenzy or bringing you to complete stop, smashed up against the barriers facing in the opposite direction, and when the computer drivers stress out, they lose control and usually crash straight into you, while the game does have its good moments (Show Off Mode)this game does nothing but annoy me, even navigating through the calender for racing events and asking for advice.

Hosting races on Juiced is so pathetic, here's why, if you don't organize races at a certain location once in a while, the leader will get so offended you'll lose the privilege and your respect bar will decrease 580 points or so, no matter if you had 10,000. A couple days before that happens they'll send you a warning but it might already be too late.

Nothing Beats the Grand Turismo Series.

SUMMARY:
the game is not bad they could have done more but i think it's good i don't care what anyone says about the game because thats there gay opinion my opinion is that this game is good.the best thing is that it's not all japan cars they have dodge, ford and some others.i wish they would have put more cars cause the game would have been more harder.my fav car is the viper not that it's the fastest car it's just i always liked the car.what would hav made the game awesome is that if there was free roaming and in free roaming cops would chase you.other than the game missing alot of cool things i still think it's worth buying.

No free roaming! It's all done by calender and events. You can create your own events but it's very limited. Graffics aren't too bad, the cars are good, but the tracks could have been better. Nice selection of cars later in the game. You only get to choose from 3 cars at the beginning of the game, 00's VW Beetle, 80's Honda CRX, 90's 206. Not the best selection. The vinyls are terrible, you don't have many to choose from. There doesn't seem to be as many upgrades and customising as the game specified.

I love the idea of the "pink slip" race, but you have to race a circuit, who the hell wants to do that? If I'm going to race you for "pinks" I want to drag, or as in this game "sprint". At the beginning of every sprint the AI uses there NOS right away so you have to as well or you fall behind, I hate having to use it in 2nd gear, I'd rather wait until 4th. Also all sprint races are 3 heats, and the one with the most points at the end wins, which is a really dumb idea, not very realistic at all!

The crew could have been allot better by having you choose drivers that can drive! I started with some girl, and let her drive my car, and she can't drive (typical), always hitting walls, and loosing races. They end up costing you more money than you can win, by damaging your ride! You have to let her drive allot before she gets better, so you will be loosing allot of races and allot of cash!

When you buy a car you have to race it before you can upgrade it, even if you have 5 cars in your lot already tuned to level 7(or better). So you have to keep a certain car for every race level. You also have to limit your upgrades, some races only allow level 8, and some 7, and so on. It costs you more money to downgrade your car, you can't just remove parts.

The game is fun to play, but for those of you looking for a better racing experience, continue playing NFSU2. If you didn't like SRS than you wont like this game. NSFU2 is by far the best street racing game out there right now, it blows the doors off Juiced, Midnight club 3, and SRS, in both racing aspects and customising.
