People who dismiss "Star Trek" are really missing out here, as "Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force" is a solid, entertaining space shooter that is derived from a classic PC title, despite picking up a few flaws on the way.
My only major niggles with an otherwise flawless, frantic blast-em up is the graphics engine used to render the clever and detailed missions. With all the care and precision of a nuclear bomb, "Elite Force" finds its target and promptly obliterates a large chunk of the surrounding innocent fun that could be gained from the game if the frame-rate didn't slow down every time you fired a rapid weapon or...
