THE GOOD:
1. Transformations look nicer now, some attacks have been redefined as well
2. A more cinematic story mode than before
3. A good handful of modes. Ultimate Battle will sure keep you busy for a short
4. More than enough characters to choose from
5. Great A.I.

THE BAD:
1. The game gets a little boring and competitive after a while
2. Shorter story mode
3. Melee combat remain almost the same for all characters
4. Didnt deliver as much as anticipated

SUMMARY:
Lets start with the good.

Transformations/Attacks (Blast 2's, UB's)
The transformations look much nicer in this game. Especially the Saiyans who are able to transform into Great Ape/Oozaru. THE GOOD:
Improved cinematics for transformations and special attacks
Newer, better combos to crush your opponent
An interactive story mode that draws you in to the action
Cell shading improved
Plenty of replay value

THE BAD:
Story mode is short
Limited character customization
Could've added a few more characters which are significant

SUMMARY:
The third installment in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, and possibly the last one. IMO, this game looks better and plays better than the first two Tenkaichi games. At first, the game really doesn't look that much different than the first two, except for the new characters that are making a debut. So lets see just how this game is set apart from the other two.

THE GOOD:
In-battle talk,interesting way to relive the battles as in the anime,best 3-D fighting game gameplay,a lot of characters and stages

THE BAD:
Too many flashing lights,Z-item fusion removed,not enough battles,too easy,not much to do.

SUMMARY:
DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is the third game of the Tenkaichi series and a disappointment to me. The game features a lot of characters (I think I saw in a news story that they are over 150), no matter how big or small their role is in the anime. There was a lot of attention and I myself couldn't wait 'till it came to Europe.

Gameplay: Summary line: Old...but still great. Score: 10/10
The gameplay hasn't changed much from the older two games' except the in-battle conversations and special area effects and other bits and pieces like camera changes during attacks that pound you to the ground. The different style of androids, humans and saiyans adds variety...
