I love strategy games. Games that make you think truly represent hardcore gaming. You can shovel as many hardcore first person shooters and fighting games down my throat, but it’s not changing my mind. Strategy games don’t *bleep* around with bullshit. It forces you to rely on both instinct and strategic thinking, not one or the other. Of course, Strategy Role Playing Games incorporate these elements and add statistics and level ups in the mix, but doesn’t sacrifice thought provoking elements for level grinding. All of this is most evident in Disgaea... Oh wait, this isn’t Disgaea. It’s a game with a bunch of characters from various JRPGs! Either way, it’s one of those SRPGs that don’t offer much unless you don’t know any better.
