Blood Omen 2

THE BAD:
Monotinous puzzles my little sister could solve. The soundtrack is one song. The animations aren't cool after the tenth time you've seen them. The fight controls suck. No exploring. Linear levels.

SUMMARY:
The only way to survive in this game is to kill everybody, innocent people included. It sounds cool, but it's not. It gets old fast. The dark gifts aren't that cool and you don't really get a choice on when you use them. EX: You can either super jump across that ravine or stand there all day like an idiot, because there's no other way around it.
The play controls are a big step back. You'll need an air sick bag, because you're going to get dizzy. If you like to dodge things in a fight or jump around like you might be a vampire, buy another game, because in this one you can't dodge for nothing and you...

THE BAD:
Glitches making game slow down when entering certain areas, like disk is trying to catch up with how fast you are going.

SUMMARY:
I love this game! I enjoy the dark gifts, especially the jump. I like Kain's bad attitude, and enjoy how I get to massacre everything in my path! I also like the Eternal Prison level! What fun! If you like Eidos games like Soul Reaver and Tomb Raider, you may like this as well! I also like the way Kain hisses at his enemies!

THE BAD:
The bad was sometimes it did freeze up during the game so you may want to save when possible..the only other downside is sometimes the voices on the cut scenes do not coincide with the character movements

SUMMARY:
This was a great sequel to the first game. There is a tremendous amount of blood sucking which is great to see, well at least for me...also there are innocent people that are tied up or imprisoned along the way you can easily dispose of and kain lets out a sarcastic laugh as I did...the puzzles are fairly easy to solve..also the environment's you play in are very detailed and the weapons that you are able to use allow a large array of different attacks. The stealth attack is my favorite of all....All around this is a great game to buy

THE BAD:
Too few to mention. The good's definitly outweigh the bads.

It actually locked up once on the PS2. I did not think that could happen? So beware of sound glitches.

SUMMARY:
It is one of those games that are so bloody and so good that you know you should not play it but you do anyway. I love the blood sucking action. I get a little chuckle each time I witness it. But thats my twisted humor showing. Finally! Get it, you will be glad you did. Soul Reaver 2 is better though!

Many glitches .A little short .Control setup is annoying .Cut scene problems .

SUMMARY:
Definatily get it if you're a fan of the Legacy of Kain series .The game is sort of a dissapointment in terms of gameplay but in story it is better than expected .

The game could have been very good but there are some nagging problems .Some cutscenes are very screwed up .Sometimes the sound isn't in sync with the actual movement of the characters mouth and their other movements which makes some moments very odd looking .This takes alot away from the mood .The game also slows down and freezes alot .Sometimes the word loading even appears when the game gets very behind .The controls are also annoying .You must use the setup they give you so it can't be changed to fit your style .The game is also a lttle short .
