You've done well to set the scene with your personal approach to the genre and gone on to explain well the different elements the game is made up of and how well these fare in the overall scheme of things.

You've brought up some excellent mentions, like how the inventory system is integrated into gameplay and the death endings. Also noticed a few references to other games/series to help describe the aspects involved which is nice.

One thing that struck me was something that I saw as exaggeration. You compared it to the "pick a page" novels in choosing your own adventure, when I don't really think this is the case. You CAN alter karma to change the game ending but this only has an effect right at the end. The rest of the time the game's various obstructions will typically force you along the preset path the story has laid out for you, so I don't know what you're getting at here.

Also, "no less than several endings"? "No less than" seems like useless filler if you're not using a definite number. Minor nitpick with that one though.

I was thinking how there's endings seeded throughout the game, which to me brings back an awful lot of memories from the Goosebumps series where you might die after twenty pages or go on for a hundred. ^^ Perhaps not a tight comparison, but still one I wanted to make just because it's a game where you can duck out several times as you progress, not just at the end. And that comes down to choices that are something like "do this or do that" which really brought back that style of novel to mind.

Hmm, I can kinda understand with that but it still seems like you're setting up the wrong kind of impression with "create a brand new story for yourself with each play through".

You're right in terms of entire story. Might change that a bit down the track.
