THE BAD: -Games are almost a rush to build the high tech units -
SUMMARY: Supreme commander, one of the most anticipated RTS games this year. It introduces almost a new type of gameplay to the RTS genre, long battles, massive maps, masses of strategy, etc. So with all these good points it must be the best RTS ever, right? No.
Firstly, you can control three different factions, each one very unique in look but they don't really differ that much in the game play department. Sure, all have different stats and strengths, but they don't feel different enough to keep the game feeling fresh.
The graphics are simply great, that is if your running the game on a top system, which is what it requires to get the full experience. The models are highly detailed, and the textures are really nice. This is quite amazing considering there's often 300+ units on the battlefield all acting individually.
