Background
WWIII has ended, the land is in ruin, the enviroment devastated and resources are exhausted. Skirmishes continue, and the U.N. creates a special agency called FIST to deal with continuing problems that prevent peace. On one of the first missions, a Fist team disappears and 6 months later, a surviving member of the group manages to escape and reveal details on a combat cyborg research facility.
