Spider-Man: The MovieWhen getting this game I was pretty hyped being a Spider Man fan myself. Well, here is , my review...
Starting off the game you play Peter Parker, after some scenes you get to the action. The story is pretty much the same as the movie at first but later on it adds more like new bosses and stages. Eventually it's between you and the Green Goblin.
The fighting is fun, with new moves and combos you can unlock as you proceed in the game. Plus the controls are solid being as you can do almost anything Spidey could do before. Just a few things are not within your grasp.
The environments are vast and big, from massive sky scrapers, underground subway tunnels, and inside buildings you have many places to go. One thing that disappointed me was they still won't let you go everywhere. I wanted sort of like a Grand Theft Auto 3 setting except with more like going into houses...maybe sneaking a peak of Mary Jane in the shower lol j/k.
One thing it lacked was replay value. Sure there are some extras you can unlock like a battle arena and Spidey bowling and other codes but I didn't find it worth playing very long.
Overall it's a solid experience. Only thing is the PS2 and X-Box versions are a lot better IMO and still a few things could of been fixed. I say check it out but don't buy it. It's not worth that much.
