THE GOOD:
Short game to fill in 5 minute gaps in your day
Quicker to hit "Game" and "Deal" than to shuffle an entire pack of cards

THE BAD:
Don't expect too much

SUMMARY:
If you've played Solitaire then you'll know what to expect from this game, everyone's bound to have played it at some point or another. An obvious convenience is that you don't have to spend time shuffling the deck once you finish your game, two clicks will send you to the start of a new game. There's different modes and scoring methods available to you to add a bit of diversity.

I find myself playing this game surprisingly often, generally when I'm waiting for something to download or I have a few minutes to kill. It's not a game I'd play overly often but every now and then I seem to find myself opening the game up. Not bad for something that comes with Windows.

THE BAD:
I still don't get why there's not multiplayer version.

SUMMARY:
This is the classic card game, now on computer. It comes with the standard Windows computer system of today. This, although simple and somehwta dull, can be addicting. You have little elements of control, as a usual card game is, which was a definitie plus for me. You can change the backs of cards, in a skin-style sort of fashion. You can also control what sort of fashion you want to be dealed at, Vegas Style or Normal. Of course, every system has a flaw. once you are stumped, you are stumped.

THE GOOD:
I find this a wonderful game to play in my spare time; not the kind of game that gets neglected and put away after a month or so of lots of using.

THE BAD:
Unfortunately, it's very possible not to win. I'd say maybe 35% of the time you win a game of Solitare. Another rather annoying fact is that you can only undo your move once.

SUMMARY:
This is a fascinating game if the user ever finds it as a built-in acessory on their computer. It's not only on a computer game, also; just a plain deck of cards and lots of patience will allow players to manually lay out the cards and play Solitare off their computer. <br>An extremely pleasing bonus: If you actually win, there is one of the best endings ever; One by one, all of the cards fall out of their places and bounce off the screen! A rewarding and worthit ending clip.

THE GOOD:
It lives up to everything the card game has. Even more:

-It's quicker
-You can take back moves [even though you lose points, but in this case the scoring really doesn't matter].
-I guess changing the preferences is pretty cool: you can change the backs of the card to a different pattern, you can do it vegas style [3 cards at a time-much harder].

THE BAD:
Gets boring, like any simple game would after a certain amount of time being played.

SUMMARY:
I think you can submit numbers, like a code for the game. There are Tens of Hundreds of these, and each comes up with a different layout; this is good because if you find one that, for example, has all four aces out and easy to access, you can remember the code, and type it in any time if you don't feel like being challenged too much.

Overall, pretty good; I reccomend it to solitaire fans, and once again, it is on almost any microsoft computer...

Here is one of the few games that i feel everyone can safely say that i have played Solitare before. I don't play Solitare much anymore but i used to love it 10 years ago before i had another games to play with. Once in awhile i'll play Solitare and its still enjoyable. The good is everything, especially when you play it Vegas Style, which is hard as hell and i could only beat it once. Since Solitare is on every computer in the known universe, go back to the simpler times of computers and give Solitare a whirl. It may not be a big time game like GTA3 of FFVII but its still a classic in its own right.
