Background

The game follows Alex Shepherd, a war veteran returning home from an overseas tour of duty. Alex has taken compassionate leave following the news that his younger brother, Joshua, has gone missing. Initial investigations lead Alex to the small, insular community of Shepherd's Glen, before he finds himself in the mist-shrouded and seemingly empty streets of Silent Hill...

Gameplay

Silent Hill V will mark the birth of a new combat system that allows for both defensive and offensive maneuvers against whatever you may find wandering the streets of the town. As usual puzzle solving will play a major role again where the player must take clues from their environment in order to find the solutions.
