In ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS III: Dragon of Destiny, it is believed that a majestic dragon, in the form of a powerful ruler, will rise to influence and restore China to greatness. As a leader, now is your chance to expand your territory and become a dominant force in your country. There are 33 rulers to choose from, each with unique attributes, resources, and motives. As you progress, you'll have to consider your goals: do you want to be a military power, an economic giant, or a combination of the two? As you attack other territories in an effort to expand your kingdom, you'll also have to be wary of attacks on you by other rulers.
