Riddle of the Sphinx

"The story begins with noted archaeologist Sir Gil Blythe Geoffreys discovering, after years of digging, a scroll in a secret chamber overlooked for centuries in the Great Pyramid. He learns he has found a way to decipher the mysteries of the Sphinx, but at the same time he realizes he has unleashed an ancient curse triggering his death. So he calls upon you, his closest friend and colleague. Upon arriving on the scene at the Giza plateau, you find him dead and the scroll missing. Meanwhile, his greedy colleagues have been rifling through his tent looking for the scroll and trying to get into the secret chamber. So you must find the scroll and then use Geoffreys' hidden notes and translation of the document to unravel the mysteries of the Sphinx."
