THE BAD:
Still uses the familiar but ever illogical and poorly patched AD&D 2nd edition system, but at least they twisted it enough here to make it really really interesting.

THE BAD:
kinda short. a few bugs (patch fixes them). ending is somewhat disapointing

SUMMARY:
This is one of my favorite games. If u want a deep, story based rpg, this is it. If u want action, this isn't the game for u, since a good deal of the game consists of text and story. Also, just so that u know, the game favors mages (or at least high intelligence and wisdom) so u might wanna play the game as one.

THE BAD:
The slowdown bug is EXTREMELY annoying but there is a patch

I havent played that many rpgs but i know that this should be how theye are done.Gorgueoues Spell effects and isometric graphics add to the humour and originality of this superb game that sucks you in on the day you buy and sucks you out a month later when you have completed it 3 times!
Thats right,3 times.The 3 classes in planescape torment are interchangable throughout the game so you can decide to be a mage,thief or fighter any time you want!Another excellent point of this amazing game is the character involvement,every character seems to have personal attributes and fights can occur due to this.THe fighting is real-time and boasts some interesting weapons ranging from blunt sticks to devastating fire swords with magical speels attactched.
