The Romans soon decided openly to challenge their Carthaginian rivals. The time of the Punic Wars had begun. Nemesis of the Roman Empire is a RTS set during the Punic War period of history that allows you to play as either the Carthaginians or Roman forces in single player campaigns, as well as Gaul and Iberian forces in multiplayer.
