Far Cry

THE GOOD:
The awesome guns! the good graphics and the ambient sounds, they're awesome!

THE BAD:
Mouth Animation >.< and a tad cheesy.

SUMMARY:
Well Far Cry is a real good game, I'd recommend it to anyone who likes a shooter. To describe it.... It's a bit like.... Wolfenstien and Halo put together put with kick ass graphics. I know this sounds geekish, and it IS but the ambient noises are real and quite relaxing! =P

Anyway, as I said above, the guns are WICKED! gotta love em ;D but yeah the mouth animation was off-time etc etc...

If you like any of the following: Guns, Islands, Tropical, BLOOD >XD, mild gore, A good storyline, or a good challenge, then Far Cry is the game for you!

THE GOOD:
The best graphics of any game so far, insane draw distance (1.2 kilometers to be exact), very good AI, ragdoll physics, great gameplay.

THE BAD:
Very demanding hardware-wise, AI can be a little glitchy at (rare) times

SUMMARY:
This is one top-notch game. Definately up there with Half-Life 2.

The story is that you are Jack Carver. You were shipwreaked while boating a woman to a remote tropical island, and are being hunted down by mercenaries and genetically altered "things."

The most noticable feature of this game is the graphics. Definately the best looking game ever made so far, with an outstanding draw distance of about a mile, bringing new meaning to "long-range sniping." The water effects are wonderfull, and it is perfect for this tropical island setting.<br>The gameplay is fantastic, from indoor levels to very, very large outdoor ones. THE GOOD:
Graphics, awesome single player, good multiplayer

THE BAD:
INSANE system requirements, after playing you will never wanna look at an xbox game again

SUMMARY:
The single player is one of the best, but the multiplayer is not that amazing. The multiplayer only has 3 game modes two being free for all and team death match. The other one is assault, its fun, but many other games have better multiplayer. But no game , i mean NO GAME (at the current time) can even compare to this games graphics. But i have a 9800 pro, p4 3.2 ghz, 1 gig 400mhz ram, and i run it at 800x600 with medium settings. Do NOT buy this game unless you have ATLEAST 2ghz+ processor, radeon 9600 pro or Nvidia equivalent or higher, and atleast 512 ram. Other wise you will suck becuase its hard to play a first person shoter with 10 fps.

THE GOOD:
Awesome graphics,good A.I.,great gameplay,totally fun,a must buy.

THE BAD:
Multiplay has issues,and lacking voice comm and radio commands,but the game was meant for single play mostly,modders will add coop for sure.

SUMMARY:
The most fun I've had since Half Life. It surprised me and continues to do so as I play through the immersive world, the A.I. is actually scary you feel like your fighting real soilders, graphics and physics or awesome in this game.The demo doesnt do this title justice trust me,its well worth 30 bucks,and it comes with a configurator for visual tweaks and also a sandbox editor which is sweet.You will get at least 20 hours plus out of this game,ther is also diff render modes,cold,paradise,cartoon and improved, cold looks the best.Good job crytek great game.
