THE GOOD:
The graphics are nice for its time, the sound is simple yet eerie at times, and the game itself is quite detailed. Secrets in all sorts of places, and character stats determine whether they notice the secrets for you. Many newer games do not go into so much detail. And of course, there's the RPG element of it. You start with four, can choose class and race, and can pick up more party members as you go on. Monsters always seem to be a big challenge all the way through the game. You can get mobbed by wolves right at the beginning and get yourself into trouble!

THE BAD:
I don't like the fact that it's first-person. Quite confusing. Drawing a map sometimes helps, and it also helps if you can plan these things in your mind. I can't. It also takes a while to level up. The spell use bugs me a little; you have to rest to "recharge" spells. Pretty annoying in places with fast monster spawns. Rest in general bugs me. The game is also bugged so that you can...
