Harder than I remember it. Then again, I was pretty hyper in the early hours of the morning the last time I played. #Audiosurf #PC

Background

Audiosurf is an award-winning puzzle-rhythm hybrid game. Its track-like stages visually mimic the music the player chooses, from his or her own library, while the player races across several lanes attempting to create patterns and pairs by collecting colored blocks that appear in sync with the music.

Gameplay

Players control a levitating spaceship-like craft similar to those found in Wipeout or F-Zero. The player maneuvers it down a colorful multi-laned highway, collecting blocks. The ship is controlled either by a mouse, the arrow keys, the number keys, or an external gamepad.

Hardware Requirements

Intel® Pentium® 4 1.6 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, DirectX 9.0 or higher, Windows XP/Vista, DirectX 9.0c-compatible sound card, 32 MB DirectX 9.0 compatible Graphics card. (support for Pixel Shader 3.0 recommended)
