General/Summary: I played the beta of this game as this review is coming out before the game to the general public. I thought the game was a brilliant add on if played right. With all the talk of SWGB's coming out and many other MMORPG's Anarchys community has been dwindling, hopefully this add on will renew the general publics interest in the game.
Gameplay: The game play is the same as before except for of course the tower system. The tower system is a lot of fun with your guild but attacks on towers aren't as plentiful as would be nice but its still loads of fun. The tower system is pretty easy and does leave customazation when you get to higher quality levels.
Graphics: Graphics are not any better than before but in my oppinion they are still decent. You have to sacrifice the graphics for a less laggy atmosphere if your computer isnt to fantastic. My computer as you see is not great but not bad and ran the game with no lag even on the highest graphic mode. A nice thing for a mmorpg.
Sound: Sound is the same as always EXCEPT, pre recorded voice commands have in fact been added. These have been customized for each race and for each gender. You can also record your own and use them as you please. This is nice but not as nice as on the fly microphone use. If you could just talk it would be nice but with all the people its hard to do. But i do believe fun com could have made a team chat mode where you could use your microphone, it was a dissapointment they didnt. |
