Quake

THE GOOD:
A great selection of demon-killing weaponry.
Tons of demonic monsters, like the hideous Shambler.
Great graphics considering how old it is.
Easy to get into.
A lot of fun to play.

THE BAD:
Online multiplayer is almost impossible to use.
Sometimes too hard, you don't know what you're supposed to be doing.

SUMMARY:
Quake is known by some as the greatest first person shooter ever made. It is definitely a classic, and a must have for anyone with a PC. You can buy mission packs, and the game is incredibly cheap.
The only main problem I have with the game is trying to get online multiplayer to work. After connecting, a message pops up on my screen, and after closing it, it once again interrupts the game by popping up.
I'm not going to end this review on a negative note. Quake is a joy to play, and far superior to some of the shooters today (like Playstation 2's Judge Dredd). Anyone with a computer should buy it.

THE GOOD:
This game blew my mind out when I played it that is how great it is. I mean no other game is as creative as this I am telling you you probably will never leave your computer again. Highly Recomended for all shooters and horror sci fi lovers. The shambler a beast to behold e on the first second I had laid eyes on it and we cannot forget The source of evil Shrub-Niggurauth and Hells best friend Chthon the fireball throwing bastard who can only be killed by an unbelievable jolt of electricity. This game is so totally radical and with its great graphics engine sound and gameplay it will blow your mind

THE BAD:

THE GOOD:
This is one hell of a game. It has got to be the best I have ever played. Her are some reasons. One is the monsters and weapons. Some monsters include A vicious creature known as the Vore who shoots a guided purple bomb. A horror to behold indeed is the shambler a beast so furocious that even other monsters fear him.
Yet monsters arent the only GREAT thing about this. The weapons ROCK!!! You can wield yet the pathetic axe,shotgun,and double barrel shotgun, But can also dominate the game using NailGuns, Perferoaters; an upgraded nailgun, Rockets and grenades, and your most deeadly hellbound weapon of them all the THUNDERBOLT!!!...

THE BAD:

Quake was one of those games that changed a gaming genre, well ahead of its time, yet became forgotten as newer, more sophisticated games in the genre came out. However, its successors have been far superior to the game they owe their success to. Since Quake came out, several other first person shooters, like Quake II, Unreal, and Half-Life, have came out and are far superior to it in almost every way. The only reason a person now would want to play the original Quake over the newer first person shooters now would probably be for nostalgic reasons or because they do not have a computer fast enough to run them.<br><br>Story: 1/10<br><br>The story to this game is almost non-existent. Basically evil demons from another dimension want to take over the Earth and you are a one-man army sent to stop them.
