"HC is something to avoid, unless you are a complete newbie to the world of Might and Magic. "
"Warlords of the Wasteland doesn't really do anything new apart from the brilliance we were shown with Heroes of Might and Magic III. "

"If you've enjoyed the series at all, this won't be any different. It's a little too short, even with the $19.99 price tag (you can find Heroes III for that price now). If you don't mind the length and you value story over the challenge, however, then Conquest of the Underworld isn't a bad option."

"...this experience doesn't last very long... the game structure is rather clumsy for storytelling purposes..."

"The four games each follow a hero with the unlikely name of Tarnum, who must "earn redemption from the gods" by carrying out a series of quests. "
