The player starts by ‘converting’ the villagers in an attempt to persuade them to worship you. Once they have become your loyal followers, they can be used to perform a vital function. By summoning them to your Citadel, you can have them perform strange and elaborate worship rituals in your honour. And as they dance around the Citadel praising your name, they are generating lifeforce; the essential ingredient for the magic spells you will soon be able to cast.
Each tribe (Japanese, Tibetan, Red Indian, Greek, Zulu, or Cossack) is capable of producing lifeforce of a specific type. A vast number of spells will be written into the game, each being unique to its particular tribe
You are not alone in this game. At the start, whilst you expand your territory, a number of other sorcerers are creating their own power base. In time you will do battle using your magic spells. When battle between sorcerers does arise, graphical wonders happen including thunderclouds rolling across the skies as lightning bolt attacks are directed at opponents’ villages in real-time lighting.

From the legendary game designer, Peter Molyneux, comes a unique, never before created role playing game that offers two unique experiences. Through the raising and nurturing of a creature – which acts as the player’s physical manifestation --- will determine the gameplay style of black (evil) or white (good). Whether it’s a kind and moral creature or evil and destructive creature all depends on how it’s being raised and taught by the player.
The world will be filled with puzzle-like challenges, broken down by mini-tests and micro quests that the player must embark upon. For example, how to deal with thieves taking the tribe’s livestock, find and heal the sick villager lost in the woods, etc. It is up to the player as to whether or not the challenge is accepted and successfully met. By using the four tools – brain, creature, moral stance and magic - the player will solve the puzzle. Similar to life, the tools will only be as strong and helpful as the player makes them.
Players will eventually encounter the other gods and tribes whose final objective mirrors their own … ultimate power and control over Eden. In trying to achieve this status will erupt a holy war whose stakes get higher and higher until the world is embroiled. Through forging alliances, fights and regroupings, does it become obvious that there can be only one god to rule the world… who will it be? And will it be a black or white Eden?
