Background

The Gulgan thus prophesied: "The earthquake was only the beginning." When Luneth falls down a pit, he is quickly confronted by his destiny: the Wind Crystal. He learns that his is a Warrior of Light, a force that will bring light where this is darkness. Teamed up with childhood friend Arc, the hot headed Refia, the valiant knight Ingus, a roster of brave allies, with the guidance of the sacred Crystals, balance will once again be restored...

Gameplay

This game uses the unique job selection menu whereby upon characters reaching a certain level, they can pick a class that will carry on until the end of the game, with advantages and disadvantages in all classes.

This game also continues with the turn based battle system used in I and II, this is the last game to use it.

Japanese Only?

This game is also, like I and II, only available in Japan, unless a Translated ROM is used. There is however, the DS version and the WII shopping channel version that have been released in English.
