Background:
Bases Loaded was one of the first baseball games ever to come out on the NES, and it was one of the best. In Bases Loaded, you can choose your pitcher based on his ERA and stamina, and it enhances the realism because if you happen to start a reliever, he won't last that long. Depending on where the pitch is, you can also hit it low, mid-range, or high. If you happen to not like a call, blame one of the four umpires, and if you don't like it when you get hit by a pitch, you can charge the mound! The game also features a brand new addition at the time, which is called "behind-the-pitcher perspective." The game contains a 132-game season, and you have to win at least eighty, or you will be watching from home. Make sure you advance!
