Background

Master Higgins needs to set his feet into the prehistoric world known as Adventure Island. The new additons to Adventure Island II is that the graphics are significantly improved, there is now a visible map screen to tell where you are going, and there are now four dino buddies that will help you on your way. Each dino buddie has their own little special ability, which will come into effect during the game. These dino buddies include a blue, thrusting camptosaurus, a fire-spitting red camptosaurus, a swimming elasmosaurus, and for adventure missions, a flying pteranodon.
