"There's some pretty harsh draw-in and the overly blurry look can really get to you after awhile. All of these combine to really make V-Rally look a lot older than a supposedly new game is supposed to look. Since most sports games coming out this fall usually end in a 2000, maybe there's a reason why this one still has the '99 suffix."
