Hybrid Heaven is a (warning: crappy pun ahead) hybrid of many different genres of games. It is part RPG, platformer(run-n-jump), part shoot em up, and part puzzle. My reasons for my descriptions: RPG: In certain battles, you have to fight in an RPG-like way. Platformer: You have to perform a lot of fancy jumps and cool moves. Shoot em up: Youhave to shoot alot of robots with precision accuracy. Puzzle: There are a lot of puzzles and stuff like that to solve. Now with all the facts, lets go over to the pros and cons... Pros- *Clever controls *Cool weapons and enemies *Challanging gameplay *Cool characters *Great graphics *Soundtrack by Nine Inch Nails!! SWEET! Cons- *Maybe a bit too hard *Some fights last forever *Gameplay gets a bit old after a couple hours *Sparse save points *Gets a bit frustrating Overall: The game is good for anyone who has a lot of patience to burn, and is in for a good challenge. A good game!
SUMMARY: You play as Johnny Slater, a secret service agent who was cloned and sent to replace the president with a clone. I liked the different battle system. You fight with your fists instead of guns. Boxing and kickboxing moves are available and so are wrestling moves and techniques. Addictive and highly recommended.
