All-Star Tennis '99 lets players challenge some of the best tennis players in the world, including Michael Chang, Jonas Björkman, Amanda Coetzer, Richard Krajicek, Gustavo Kuerten, Conchita Martinez, Jana Novotna, and Mark Philippoussis. There are 8 different courts, 3 gameplay modes, and 6 strategic shots to wield. Supports 8 player tournament.

• Play as one of eight licensed world-class pros: Michael Chang, Jonas Björkman, Amanda Coetzer, Richard Krajicek, Gustavo Kuerten, Conchita Martinez, Jana Novotna, and Mark Philippoussis, or play as one of the four fictional characters.
  
• Face off on eight different courts: Wimbledon, Mediterranean, California, Paris, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Australia.
  
• Use six different shots to help win the game: slice, smash, backspin, topspin, lob, and volley, or use your player's special shot.
  
• Play in one of the many modes including Arcade mode, Smash mode, and Bomb mode.
  
• Get up to seven friends to compete in the Multiplayer mode.
