Background

It's the year 2020 and nuclear explosions have reduced New York to a smouldering heap. An order has been sent out that no-one can enter or leave the place. A mad scientist is perforing experiments on contaminated people to turn them into killing machines. You've been hired as a mercenary to kill these machines, no mean feat. You and your partner must utilise any weapons and items available to try and stop the hordes of enemies standing in your way.
