Background
The Rynex race once again threatens Earth. It's up to you to destroy their fleets of warships using your special fighter craft. Able to equip a multitude of weapons at once, your ship can be more powerful than most of the enemy ones you'll come across, but the enemy has numbers on their side. Thunder Force IV is a traditional side scrolling shoot 'em up with the added element of being able to move up or down on most levels.Gameplay
This game is a side scroller where you are constantly moving except for when fighting bosses and the game is now more than just once screen in height. You can now alter your speed on a percent scale instead of 4 set speeds. There are 5 different weapons, so of which are default so you always start with.Features
