THE GOOD:
  • Challenging gameplay
  • Fresh approach with full use of the GBA linkup
  • Mix of co-operation and competition
  • Fully replay any cleared level

    THE BAD:

  • Story feels a little weak
  • Full experience requires multiple GBAs and link cables

    SUMMARY:
The Legend of Zelda has always been a quality series. Each entry in the series I've played has always been an enjoyable experience. But yet, despite this history of success, I was still a bit worried. Four Sword Adventures was a 2D Zelda on a console perfectly capable of 3D. Even worse, I'd heard stories, and they weren't exactly of the positive nature. Nevertheless, I got this game as a gift, and was determined to give it a go.

The first thing to strike you is how the game is presented graphically. Those expecting a vast 3D world to explore or rich textures covering the lands are no doubt in for a massive...

    THE GOOD:
  • Multiplayer with GBA
  • The more players the more fun
  • Great stages
  • Great puzzles
  • Huge bosses
  • Great sword action

    THE BAD:

  • Not that fun with one player
  • To play two to four players you need two to four Game Boy Advances

    SUMMARY:
This is a new type of Zelda game. I think it is very fun. I still like it with one player. If you have more than one player it is even better. There are four different colors of Link green, blue, purple, and red. In multi player you can be any of these. In one player story you can be any of them. Switch between each of them. Play with your favorite color.

The story is great. Link has the four sword and makes four different colors of himself. Each has to defeat Shadow Link. You also have to defeat Gannondolf. You also have to beat Vaati.

Tingle is back and in levels he will try to steal your gems so grab them before he does. You can also play bonus...

  • THE GOOD:
The game is quite a unique idea.
The multi-player with Gameboy link up is really fun.

    THE BAD:
It's not that great single player but nothing that bad.
Could have made a little more effort with the graphics like cut scenes or something.

    SUMMARY:
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures is a really nice idea for a Zelda game and multi-player has never been done with a Zelda before. The graphics is cel-shaded but like you would expect too see on a gameboy. The level design and general layout of the levels are very good and the music suits it too. Multi-player link ups with 4 players and gameboys are the main reasons i have the game and it was well worth while, it's a great deal of fun.

Overall i wouldn't rate it too high unless you want to play multi-player.

    THE GOOD:
Great gameplay. Nice GameBoy Advanced graphics. Nifty how you could transfer from your TV to your GBA (vice-verca). The puzzles keep you thinking. Various levels in many enviroments. Fun multriplayer.

    THE BAD:
Tingle was quite annoying, but that brings the challenge.

    SUMMARY:
This game has really good gameplay with just enough action. Each level contains puzzles which require solving. It's graphics are good, even if it's GameBoy Advanced graphics. You could transfer to your TV from your GBA (vice-verca), but you must go to a cave, house, ect. ect. There's multiple levels, which are categorized into different areas/enviroments through Hyrule. 1-P is fun, but I'd reccomend playing multiplayer. A good game for anyone that's a fan/fanatic of The Legend of Zelda.

    THE GOOD:
Well, the game has good levels, cool enemies, fun puzzles, exciting multiplayer. It is also fun to visit Tingle's tower every once in a while.

    THE BAD:
Bosses where a piece of cake, even Ganon was no match. Other then that everything was awesome. The gorons look hilarious and ugly, but that isn't that bad.

    SUMMARY:
I enjoyed solving puzzles in this game a lot! It's fun visiting Tingle and playing video games. You will enjoy playing with your friends, both of you charging at a treasure chest on for 5 force gems. It is fun lighting your friends on fire also. I like the idea of playing on the gameboy in 4-player so that you can all do your own thing. Multiplayer battles can also be exciting because of all the strategy you can use in them. It isn't a simple run up and stab your buddy to death because it takes skill to win!

This game is awesome I enjoyed every minute of it(even though I was bad.) I would really like to get this great game for my birthday because it is so fun! Another reason I like this game so much is there is a shadow game where you can vs another player(s)!
This is one of the hottest games I have played this whole year - superb graphics and a soundtrack by NIN make this a great action romp. Some other users have diss'd the game cuz they say it's too short, or it doesn't have enough weapons.... forget what they say, cuz the game is freaking HARD, and the weapons that you have access to require some serious skill to really master, so all in all the game is tuff to beat, and not at all suitable for pansies. Two thumbs way up!Yup I was right! It is an awesome Game!

    THE GOOD:
A classic zelda game, music. enemys. storyline, the new thinking of 4-in-1 link, and free link cable to play multiplayer

    THE BAD:
    tingle(i thought that was stupid)

    SUMMARY:
this is a classic zelda. i liked this game it had good characters, storyline, music, the graphics ,and enemys. i liked how they had four links because you could never take on so many enemys at once and the way you have to step on the switches and make certain patterns was ingenious. i would reccomend to buy this game and a new zelda game feature(MULTIPLAYER). Zelda games havent ever had multiplayer until now so you can challenge you friends to see who can obtain the most force gems. This game also comes with a link cable (free stuffwho doesnt like free stuff. i would definetly reccomend buying this game
