First of all...: P.N. 03 is a mixed package and a very misunderstood one. This game has taken quite a beat-down from reviewers. You gotta give this game a try. I'm sure you will enjoy it. Also, what does the title mean?
Visuals-7.0: When it somes to eye candy, P.N. 03 blows other games outta the water. The enemy designs are genius, the room designs are schweet and the main character Vanessa Schneidder is totally hot. Also, the explosion and particle effects are schweets. The lighting's great too. Now, while reading this you're probably thinking, "Why did it get a 7.0? Well, while visually beautiful, it's also visually repetitive. You'll come across the same enemy robots too many...
THE GOOD: Gr8 music...loadsa enemies...entertaining battle system...and she's got a gr8 ass !!!
THE BAD: D-Pad can be kinda awkward to use for special attacks and very little interaction between the character and her world.
SUMMARY: It's a good fun game, but I would like it better if they actually showed the events that lead to the colony being wiped out. Also, some character developement would be good, between Vanessa and other characters (i.e. before she reaches the destroyed colony).
The game has taken quite a beating from reviewers, but their opinion is just a guide, as is mine...so don't be put off too easily by anything you hear.
Overall, this game is well worth the money, as it is very replayable, has a unique battle system, great graphics and engaging combat scenes.

THE BAD: Learning curve for controls is a little steep at first. High difficulty level starting out. Game's rather short.
SUMMARY: This is a rather unique title among shooters. The main character, Vanessa Schneider, has been hired by a mystery man to infiltrate the facility of a group that killed her parents. She's armed with a hi-tech Aegis Suit & some sweet dancing moves. I don't know what's more fun about this game-playing & making Vanessa get her groove on blasting robots, or sitting back & watching this poetry in motion? There's even a DDR-style combo counter that can help you rack up big points for speed & accuracy. Only things I really don't like are there's no built-in level map, so you'll find yourself going in circles quite a bit in areas. SUMMARY: When I first heard of this game, I new I had to try it out, and now thatI have I must say that I'm better for it. I'm not much of an old school player, but this game is bare bones old style game play. Truthfully speaking, I can't think of a game that you can fire, and then take cover interchangeably. I love this style of gameplay...just like an old western. SUMMARY: Correction. THIS IS THE BEST GAME KNOWN TO MAN. It's action is jaw-dropping, the character has the best dance-related moves I've ever seen, and that's just the beginning of the list! I would like to tell you something. If you look deeply into it, you'll realize that it is unique. Unique is the key word there. Who cares if it has only 2 environment types? IT'S UNIQUE.
