THE BAD: Not enought Courses Music does get repetative
SUMMARY: Compared to other Gamecube Golf Games (Outlaw,Tiger and Ace) this game does kinda include parts from all of these, Modes from Outlaw and Ace and some parts really do match some of the stuff that came out of Ace Golf, There are few problems, like the music gets a bit repeatative and there could of been a few more courses (take some of themk from the same things as the tracks in MKD) Overall this game is better than any other golf game out (including Tiger woods) Even though the graphics are cartoony, they make the game even more better than the rest, OK so Outlaw Golf had the wacky Characters (scrummy Mldoon) but MG:TT has Legendary characters, even thought i wish you could play as Shy Guy or even the blue penguins which would of been nice to see some long lost Mario Characters. i hope this variety gets continued onto Mario Tennis, coz if this...
Use your favourite Nintedo hero to play golf, such as Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, etc...
There are a lot of different modes in this game, so you will never get bored of it! ;D
There are a lot of courses to unlock and to play in, such as Blooper Bay or Shifting Sands.
The secret characters to unlock are really cool and worth unlocking them, but I won't tell you who they are... ^_-
The nice graphics make you feel like you're really playing golf!
THE BAD:
Some ring shot challenges are damn difficult to beat!
Unless you use a walkthrough or a guide like I did, it will be difficult for you to figure out who the secret characters are and how you can unlock them.
Getting stuck in a bunker and don't knowing how to get out! ^-^
SUMMARY: Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour is a great game, and it passed Mario Golf 64 by far. There are so many modes in this game that it will take you a lot to...
THE GOOD: The graphics are way better than they were on the n64. The are a lot more characters on toadstool tour. You are able to save 18 holes in one & the same with eagles and albatrosses. There are a whole lot more courses to play on than there were.
THE BAD: The discs get scratched easy.
SUMMARY: This game has improved from the n64 version. Honestly the ball on the old version would not go where u wanted it to. The mini golf was fun though & the driving range could have been kept.
The approach shots are a lot easier now than they were. Now you can see how far the shot will go, then you had to guess where the area was on the bar was for your shot. The auto save feature on Mario golf toadstool tour is a time saver.
The auto swing is a good feature & if u are use to hitting the ball yourself then the manual swing is for u.
THE GOOD: Great graphics, gameplay as good as any mario sports game can be. It has a great variety of modes and playable characters. It had all thr characters from the last mario golf game which i thought was very good also, it included the people like mario, luigi, peach and daisy. It had great courses that had great detail
THE BAD: I thought it was a little too short and easy, the game could have had more characters and modes
SUMMARY: overall i give it a 8.5 out of 10. If u like to sit on the couch have popcorn and play a great game be sure to buy this at ur local store. Soon this game will have a gba connection where u can transfer goods and stuff so better get that also, the requirements for this game is not much, controller, and takes up 12 space on ur memory card which isnt really much at all. there is a lot to talk about in this game but the matter of the fact is that it is a very good game, might be a little old now but was a very and...
THE GOOD: Well the graphics were amazing it just look like it was real to me. I love the charcter selection and the new charcters like Petey Prianha. How you have like golf clubs you can chose from and how it's easy to use them. The levels were you golf were absolutely amazing. I love how you can have orginal or star were your power is strong it's just awesome.
THE BAD: Are you nuts this game is the best why would there be anything bad about the game? You must be outta your mind.
SUMMARY: Well i would just like to say that Graphics were excellent i would have to give them a 10 out of a 10 cause they were just amazing.
Also i love the character selection and like their powers and stuff i would give it a 10 out of 10 as welll.
Well this game has just been the best it's as good as some of my other favorite games i think i will give it 5 out of 5.
THE GOOD: different characters, courses, unique reactions, details
THE BAD: music gets boring fast,
SUMMARY: Mario Golf is the best and funnest golf game in my life time (which isn't very long). Its detailed graphics and unique characters make this game a HIT (it's like a pun or something), and once you start playing it, you won't wanna stop. will 20+ characters, you can do just about everything in golf. and different mini games give you more things to practice on and have fun at. MWA HAHAHAHAHAHA (as bowser would say). The wide variety of games and games and, oh, did i mention games? will let you play until your heart's content. I know it did for me. While you're at it, look up some cheats and figure out how to get extra characters, games, and tournaments. The easy-to-master controls will let anybody of any age get playing right away. (i should know, just ask my dad). I guarentee that you will absolutely LOVE this game from the...
THE GOOD: many charaters, many modes, and much much more to do than you think. This game is so fun to play
THE BAD: the only problem with this game is the 2 ways that you can play the computer is by Doubles, and by Match game
SUMMARY: this is the best golf game yet to hit any system esp. if you like the GCN, Mario and Golf, then you will like this game. Anyways, the point is this game has very easy controls, many characters that you can play and more modes than you can cram into your little sized brains. This game is better with the more modes, but the only thing that's wrong with this game is there isn't any of the human characters like Harry or Baby Mario. (What else could I say?) By the way (spoiler ahead!!!) just like in Mario Tennis there is finally a star mode (yay!) which means your favorite haracter will be able to hit alot farther than possibly expected.
THE GOOD: Great character selection, fun extra hazards, wide selection of courses, upcoming connection to Mario Golf: Advance Tour, realistic ball physics, helpful Auto swing mode for newbies
THE BAD: Can only zoom along the path of the ball, ball physics hamper the game a little
SUMMARY: Finally, a good golf game for those I-only-play-realistic-golf-games kinds of people. Mario Golf is, of course, not pure realism... But it does its job very nicely. You can select form a bank of over 20 characters, plus you can use your characters from Mario Golf: Advance Tour in this version.
There are six cool courses to play on: forest, classic (with water hazards), desert, islands, Princess Peach's Castle, and Bowser's stomping grounds. The last three have a special type of fairway that makes your ball roll farther, and the last two have classic Mario touches, from the really cheesy trees, to the warp pipes, and even Thwomps, Whomps,...
THE GOOD: The graphics, secret characters and courses, plenty of features and modes, multiplayer, high fun factor, sound effects.
THE BAD: No mini-golf, badly designed trees, some of the music.
SUMMARY: Camelot did it again, they made another Mario spin-off masterpiece. Tee off with Mario and his friends as they compete in a fun round of golf. Each character has his or her advantages and disadvantages. Example: Mario has poor control but great spin, while Peach is the opposite. For beginners, Yoshi, who has well-rounded stats, is a good choice. The gameplay and controls are similar to Mario Golf 64, so Mario Golf fans wouldn't have to worry. One of the newest features, however, is the super topspin and the super backspin. You quickly tap A or B when the ball hits the ground to make the ball either gain a few yards, or go back. With the many features to try out and unlock, the replay value is very high, and even after you mastered the game,...
